CANCELLATION POLICY

Your card will not be charged if you cancel atleast 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charge 50% of service price for the late cancellations and 100% for no shows. If you arrive past the 10 min grace period, and I am not able to service you, that is also counted as a late cancellation and you will be charged 50% of your service price.
