CANCELLATION POLICY

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged. • Less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellation: A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged. ✨ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY • 7 minutes late: A $10 late fee will be added to your service total. • 10 minutes late or more: Your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. 🩷 PLEASE REMEMBER These policies are in place to protect my time, my business, and the availability of appointments for other clients.
